Our Sustainability Policy

We recognize the increasing importance of environmental sustainability to our community and to the wider conventions and events industry, as both a business and an ethical issue, hence environmental sustainability is incorporated into our core vision.

As an accredited member of IAPCO we already undertake some of the international environmental practices as part of the IAPCO annual quality assessment process, by outlining the benefits of pursuing environmental sustainability and by celebrating and sharing examples of best practice.

Observe and adhere to any and all legislative requirements pertaining to environmental performance in the countries in which we operate.

Take steps to formalize our environmental practices through the development of an Environmental Policy or similar. This will involve understanding and recording key environmental impacts, investigating opportunities for reducing these impacts and an Action Plan for doing so.

Encourage our staff on their sustainability practices both at the office environment and at events organized as part of an overall Quality Assessment process.

Act in good faith regarding our environmental performance by endeavoring to provide environmentally sustainable services when requested and where practicable.

Only make environmental performance claims that are demonstrable and substantive.

Communicate these practices to prospective clients and suppliers so that this information can be shared and implemented as appropriate.
