- Plan and contract third party suppliers services.
- Plan and negotiate the support of the local authorities.
- Manage stage and AV build, connectivity and networking.
- Manage Protocol and VIP related services.
- Provide smooth and timely management of congress sessions.
- Plan and manage event signage outside and within congress venue.
- Plan and organize sufficient and appropriate food and beverage service points.
- Plan and design overall congress venue layout for optimal ease of access and traffic flow.
- Plan and manage safety and security related protocols as per legal and environmental regulations.
- Organize daily review meetings with committee, event staff and third party suppliers.
- Provide dedicated on-site staff for the management of speakers lounge and posters area.
- Management of onsite registration and participants’ assistance counters.
- Produce day-by-day congress running sheets and conduct briefing sessions.
